Analysis must evaluate the feasibility and efficacy of installing reverse seepage basins

Study must assess the status of stormwater sewer upgrades in the affected communities

Analysis must examine the potential rehabilitation of former water supply wells

Report on findings must be submitted to the legislature by June 30, 2026
