Adds maintenance employees of the Triborough Bridge and Tunnel Authority to the list of protected workers under New York's second-degree assault statute (Penal Law § 120.05)

Makes it a Class D felony (assault in the second degree) to intentionally cause physical injury to these maintenance employees while they are performing assigned duties

Expands existing protections already covering transit workers, bus operators, train conductors, emergency medical technicians, nurses, prosecutors, and various other public-facing employees

Takes effect 90 days after becoming law
