Adds animal fighting (Agriculture and Markets Law §351(2)) to the list of felonies that can constitute "criminal act" under New York's enterprise corruption statute (Penal Law §460.10)

Expands enterprise corruption/racketeering prosecutions to include organized animal fighting operations alongside existing predicate offenses like tax crimes, environmental violations, and securities fraud

Enables prosecutors to pursue more serious enterprise corruption charges against individuals involved in animal fighting rings operating as criminal enterprises

Takes effect immediately upon passage
