Defines "canned foods" as hermetically sealed, commercially processed items including preserved fruits, vegetables, and other food items prepared for human consumption

Defines "food relief organization" as religious organizations or nonprofits providing free food to those experiencing food insecurity, including food pantries, food banks, soup kitchens, and community-based organizations

Takes effect immediately upon passage
