Hotline operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and provides access to services, referrals, and general information from the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities

Accessible via telephone and video relay service for individuals who are deaf, hard of hearing, or have speech disabilities

Available in English and the six most common non-English languages spoken by limited-English proficiency individuals in New York based on census data

Commissioner must submit a report evaluating the pilot program's effectiveness to the governor, assembly speaker, and senate temporary president upon program conclusion
