Prohibits the manufacture, sale, or possession for sale of candy or confectionery products designed to resemble cigarettes, pipes, or cigars, including candy cigarettes and bubble gum cigars

Bans the use of tobacco product trademarks, trade names, symbols, or similar identifying marks on candy packaging or advertising

Defines "confectionery or candy product designed to resemble a tobacco product" as any candy made as a facsimile that simulates or mimics tobacco products through packaging or markings

Establishes civil fines of $100 to $500 for violations of these provisions

Takes effect on January 1 following enactment
