Permits voters to voluntarily photograph their own ballot and themselves at any stage of voting, including in privacy booths or at ballot scanners, and post images on social media

Prohibits photographs from capturing any other voter or revealing the contents of another voter's ballot

Removes the prohibition on voters showing their own prepared ballot to others, while maintaining the ban on soliciting voters to reveal their ballot contents

Creates an exception to the existing law against marking or identifying one's ballot, allowing self-photography as permitted under the new provisions

Establishes a misdemeanor offense for forcing any individual to photograph or post their ballot or themselves while voting
