Raises the property damage threshold for criminal mischief in the third degree (class E felony) from $250 to $1,000

Increases the property damage threshold for criminal mischief in the second degree (class D felony) from $1,500 to $3,000

Updates gendered language in the criminal mischief statutes from "he or she" to "they" and "such person"

Takes effect on the first of November following enactment
