Expands the definition of "victim of a sexual offense" in the Executive Law to include victims of unlawful dissemination or publication of an intimate image (Penal Law section 245.15)

Adds section 245.15 to the existing list of qualifying offenses, which already includes incest offenses (sections 255.25, 255.26, 255.27) and Article 130 sex offenses

Ensures victims of non-consensual intimate image sharing receive the same protections and services available to other sexual offense victims

Takes effect immediately upon passage
