Directs the chief administrator of the courts and the Office of Information Technology Services to establish a statewide strategy plan for an electronic discovery portal

The portal will be available through the unified court system to facilitate required discovery disclosure between parties in criminal cases

District attorneys, institutional defense providers, private attorneys, and assigned counsel will all have access to exchange discovery materials through the portal

The electronic portal must be operational no later than January 1, 2027

Takes effect immediately upon passage
