Raises temporary total disability benefits from $650 to $800 per week for injuries occurring on or after July 1, 2025

Increases permanent partial disability benefits from $400 to $800 per week for injuries occurring on or after March 1, 2025

Doubles the maximum award for serious facial or head disfigurement from $20,000 to $40,000

Increases partial disability benefits for those with 25-50% loss of earning capacity from $30 to $60 per week, and for those with 50-75% loss from $268 to $536 per week
