Requires companion chatbot proprietors to use reasonable methods to identify minor users, obtain verifiable parental consent before allowing continued use, and impose 3-day usage blocks with crisis resources for minors expressing self-harm thoughts

Directs the Attorney General to promulgate regulations defining commercially reasonable methods for age determination, self-harm prevention, and vulnerability detection, with strict data deletion requirements for information collected during age verification
