Allows petroleum product sellers to provide delivery tickets electronically via cellular phone, computer, tablet, or other personal electronic device instead of or in addition to paper copies

Applies to delivery systems that are equipped with electronic receipt capability

Gives customers the option to choose electronic delivery of required information rather than mandating it

Amends Section 192 of the Agriculture and Markets Law governing petroleum product delivery documentation requirements

Takes effect immediately upon passage
