Amends Real Property Tax Law section 420-a to add a new condition under which nonprofit organizations lose their property tax exemption

Denies tax-exempt status to nonprofit-owned properties if the purpose for which the property is being used violates applicable local zoning laws

Applies to properties otherwise eligible for exemption under religious, educational, charitable, hospital, or moral/mental improvement purposes

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
