Sets administration cost reimbursement rates based on current year Medicare rates as published by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services

Applies to individual policies (Section 3216), group policies (Section 3221), and HMO contracts (Section 4303) under New York Insurance Law

Takes effect January 1 following enactment and applies to contracts entered into, delivered, amended, or modified on or after that date
