Establishes a 14-member Aging in Place Task Force within the Office for the Aging to study how New York can encourage seniors to remain in their homes

Task force will examine infrastructure and transportation improvements, zoning changes for home care, enhanced nutrition programs, fraud protections, home medical care expansion, tax incentives, and private insurance incentives

Members include representatives from state agencies, legislative committee chairs, and appointees from the governor, senate leadership, and assembly leadership, with appointments due within 30 days of the act's effective date

Two co-chairs will be selected by the Senate Temporary President and Assembly Speaker, with the first meeting required within 60 days of the effective date

Task force must submit findings and recommendations to the governor and legislative leaders by January 1, 2028, and will terminate upon report submission or December 31, 2028, whichever is later
