Defines Asperger's Disorder as a separate qualifying condition characterized by social interaction impairment and restricted behaviors without significant language or cognitive delays

Includes Pervasive Developmental Disorder Not Otherwise Specified (including atypical autism), Rett's Disorder, and Childhood Disintegrative Disorder as qualifying conditions under the autism definition

Takes effect on the first of September following enactment
