Covers "incremental zero-emission school bus storage costs" including facility modifications for wider/taller doors, higher-capacity lifts for heavier buses, advanced fire suppression systems, charge management systems, and new storage facilities required specifically for electric buses

Covers "incremental customer-owned make-ready costs" for infrastructure beyond utility service points needed to install electric vehicle chargers, including conductors, trenching, and electrical panels

Provides 100% reimbursement of approved expenditures that are not already covered by other state, federal, or electric utility company funding sources

Building aid available from the base year through the 2034-2035 school year
