Requires camp employees to receive specific authorization from the camp's medical director before administering medications to a specific child

Mandates that employees act under the direction of a parent, legal guardian, legal custodian, or authorized adult caregiver who has consent authority for the child's health care

Medications must be approved by the Commissioner of Health and administered in compliance with regulations developed jointly by the Departments of Health and Education
