State Board of Elections must post sample ballots for every election district on its website at least 12 days before early voting begins

Sample ballots must be available through a searchable database that provides polling site information, voter district information, and the specific ballot each voter is eligible to cast

County boards of elections must electronically transmit sample ballots for all districts within their county to the State Board of Elections

County boards may optionally post sample ballots on their own websites using the same searchable database format, or refer voters to the state board's website

All posted sample ballots must include an embedded security tool to prevent tampering and printing

Takes effect 90 days after becoming law
