Defines "veteran with a service-related disability" as a person who served in active military service or received expeditionary medals, was honorably discharged, and has a disability rating of 40% or higher from the VA or Department of Defense for injuries incurred in the line of duty

Expands eligibility for the affordable home ownership development program to include households where the home buyer is a veteran with a service-related disability

Currently the program prioritizes serving the lowest income households; this amendment adds veterans with service-related disabilities as an additional qualifying category

Takes effect 90 days after becoming law
