Adds a new definition of "therapeutic agriculture" to the agriculture and markets law (Section 31-g) for purposes of community gardens

Defines therapeutic agriculture as the use of agricultural activities—including farming, gardening, and animal husbandry—to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being

Specifies that therapeutic agriculture includes rehabilitation and therapy for individuals with physical or mental health conditions, disabilities, or other special needs

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
