Extends the period of probable usefulness to up to 30 years for paying judgments, compromised claims, or settled claims resulting from child sexual abuse cases brought under Civil Practice Law section 214-g

Applies specifically to school districts, boards of cooperative educational services (BOCES), and school districts created by special act of the legislature

Creates a new subdivision (33-a-1) in the local finance law as an exception to existing provisions governing claim payments

Allows these educational entities to finance child sexual abuse settlement payments over a longer timeframe through municipal borrowing
