Creates new crime of "operating as a major firearms trafficker" under Penal Law section 265.67

Applies to anyone who unlawfully sells, exchanges, gives, or disposes of 20 or more firearms to others within a one-year period

Also applies to unlawful possession of 20 or more firearms with intent to sell

Classifies the offense as a class A-I felony, the most serious felony classification in New York

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
