Requires health insurance policies to reimburse pharmacists who dispense self-administered hormonal contraceptives under Education Law section 6801 at the same rate as any other health care provider

Applies to individual policies, group/blanket policies, and comprehensive health insurance contracts that provide medical or major medical coverage

Updates existing contraceptive coverage law by adding pharmacist reimbursement requirements to three sections of the insurance law (sections 3216, 3221, and 4303)

Takes effect immediately and applies to policies issued, renewed, modified, altered, or amended after the effective date

Makes technical language updates throughout the insurance law, changing "his or her" to "their" when referring to health care providers' professional judgment
