Expands the existing crime of "sex trafficking of a child" to include "sex trafficking of a child or vulnerable person," making it a Class B felony to intentionally advance or profit from prostitution of a vulnerable person

Defines "vulnerable person" as someone who is mentally disabled, mentally incapacitated, or physically helpless, using existing definitions from the penal law

Creates a new crime of "predatory sex trafficking" as a Class A-II felony when a person 18 years or older commits sex trafficking of a child or vulnerable person

Updates gendered language throughout the statute, replacing "he or she" with "such person"

Takes effect 90 days after becoming law
