Requires the NYC Commissioner of Housing Preservation and Development to submit an annual report on the Tenant Interim Lease (TIL) program starting February 1 following the bill's enactment

Report must be submitted to the Governor, Senate Temporary President, Assembly Speaker, Mayor, and City Council

Report must include the amount of funding allocated to the TIL program and how those funds were utilized

Report must detail current buildings and participants enrolled in the program

Report must include suggested actions to improve the program's ability to achieve its goals
