Requires 911 operators receiving emergency calls that need fire or emergency service personnel to ask callers for the approximate height and weight of the patient, when practicable

Mandates that if a 911 operator transfers the call before obtaining height and weight information, the fire or emergency service dispatcher must ask the caller for this information

Amends both the county law (applying to county 911 systems statewide) and the administrative code of New York City to implement these requirements

Takes effect 60 days after becoming law
