Adds drive-by shooting murders to the list of aggravating circumstances that elevate a homicide to murder in the first degree under New York Penal Law section 125.27

Defines "drive-by shooting" as when a person, with intent to cause death, discharges a firearm from a motor vehicle at another person outside the vehicle

Uses the Vehicle and Traffic Law section 125 definition of "motor vehicle" for purposes of this statute

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
