Creates a public online registry of vacant commercial storefronts to help current and prospective small business owners find locations to purchase or lease

Requires the registry to include each property's address, contact information for the seller/leasing party/authorized agent, and information about potential uses for the property

Directs the Division of Economic Development to maintain the registry in consultation with the Secretary of State

Allows state agencies, municipalities, local economic development agencies, and other relevant entities to submit suggested entries for the registry

Requires the registry to be made available within one year after the effective date, with the act taking effect 180 days after becoming law
