Prohibits the installation or use of residential automatic pesticide misting systems in New York State beginning January 1 of the year following the law's enactment

Defines "residential automatic pesticide misting system" as any device installed on, near, or around a residential dwelling's exterior or grounds that automatically sprays pesticide solution at timed intervals

Adds this prohibition as subdivision 14 to section 33-1301 of the environmental conservation law

The bill takes effect immediately upon passage
