Requires coverage for cancer screenings including digital rectal exams, cervical exams with Pap tests, breast exams, colonoscopies starting at age 45, mammograms starting at age 40, and low-dose CT scans based on risk factors

Mandates coverage for spirometry testing and stress electrocardiograms with maximal oxygen uptake calculations, plus chest x-rays every five years

Applies to individual policies, group policies, and health maintenance organization contracts issued, renewed, modified, or amended after the bill's effective date
