Authorizes the NYC Buildings Commissioner to refuse documents signed by licensed architects, engineers, or land surveyors (under Education Law articles 145, 147, or 148) who have been found through state disciplinary procedures to have knowingly or negligently falsified documents

Creates separate procedures for handling false statements by licensed professionals versus non-licensed individuals, with licensed professionals subject to Education Law section 6510 disciplinary procedures

Requires the Buildings Department to verify that address and contact information provided by registered design professionals or landscape architects on application forms matches the information on file with the NYS Department of Education

Amends Chapter 542 of the Laws of 2007 to update references to the commissioner's authority regarding filing privilege limitations to align with current administrative code sections
