Allows state party committees to elect a person by majority vote to handle voter enrollment complaints and hearings in counties where no county committee exists

Authorizes the state committee-designated person to determine whether a voter is "not in sympathy with the principles" of the party and initiate proceedings to cancel their enrollment

Updates gendered language in the election law, changing "chairman" to "chairperson" and "him" to "such person"

Requires at least two days' notice to voters before hearings on their party enrollment status, either personally or by mail

Takes effect immediately upon passage
