Requires members to have passed a physical examination upon entry to service that showed no evidence of heart disease to qualify for the presumption

Establishes a disability pension equal to 75% of final average salary for qualifying members who retire under this provision

Applies exclusively to probation department employees in cities with populations of one million or more (effectively New York City)

Assigns all past service costs to New York City, with estimated employer contribution increases of $41,000 per disability incident and $31,000 per death incident annually
