Authorizes the Town of Niagara to discontinue parkland use and sell approximately 0.15 acres of land on Joanne Circle North to Rajendra Sharma at fair market value

The land sale is intended to provide Sharma with sufficient additional property adjacent to his existing land to construct a residence

Requires the Town of Niagara to dedicate an amount equal to or greater than the fair market value received toward acquiring new parklands or making capital improvements to existing park and recreational facilities

If the parkland received any federal funding for purchase, maintenance, or improvement, the town must comply with federal requirements and obtain approval from the Secretary of the Interior before alienation can occur

The land is located in Part of Lot 11, Township 13, Range 9 of the Holland Land Company's Survey in Niagara County, as described in the Greenwood Acres Section No. 2 subdivision map
