Broadens the permitted use of foreign fire insurance premium taxes from solely "care and relief of disabled or indigent volunteer and exempt volunteer firemen and their families" to all purposes set forth in the corporation's updated purpose statement

Updates statutory references from written-out numbers to numerical format (e.g., "section two hundred" to "section 200") and updates insurance law section citations from 553/554 to 9104/9105

Takes effect immediately, with the tax usage amendments applying to premiums received on and after January 1, 2026
