Renames the "Hauppauge Volunteer Exempt Firemen's Benevolent Association" to "Hauppauge Volunteer Exempt Firefighter's Benevolent Association" and updates gendered terminology throughout (changing "firemen" to "firefighters" and "his" to "such member's")

Updates outdated insurance law section references from sections 553 and 554 to sections 9104 and 9105 regarding foreign fire insurance premium taxes

Expands permitted use of collected foreign fire insurance premium taxes from solely "care and relief of disabled or indigent volunteer and exempt volunteer firemen and their families" to broader use "in furtherance of its purposes as set forth in section three of this act"

Tax provision changes apply to premiums received on and after January 1, 2026
