Designates dog control officers of the village of Holley as peace officers under the criminal procedure law when appointed as constables by the village board

Authorizes these officers to enforce Article 26 of the Agriculture and Markets Law (dog licensing and control provisions) and issue appearance tickets under Article 7

Explicitly prohibits these officers from carrying, possessing, repairing, or disposing of firearms unless they have obtained the appropriate license under Penal Law section 400.00

Takes effect immediately upon passage
