Extends the Department of Environmental Conservation's authority to regulate bluefish (Pomatomus saltatrix) from December 31, 2025 to December 31, 2028

Maintains DEC's power to set regulations including size limits, catch and possession limits, open and closed seasons, closed areas, permit requirements, and gear restrictions

Requires all bluefish regulations to be no less restrictive than existing state law and consistent with Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission fishery management plans

Regulations must also comply with applicable federal fishery management plans under the Federal Fishery Conservation and Management Act
