Corrects an error by the Wading River Fire District, which failed to notify Rosini of his eligibility to enroll during his part-time employment there from October 2004 through December 2008, resulting in him receiving Tier VI status instead of Tier II

Requires Rosini to file a written request with the state comptroller within six months of the act's effective date; his previous employee contributions will be credited toward costs owed

Assigns past service costs related to Wading River Fire District employment to that district, with all other past service costs (approximately $2,880) borne by the Town of Riverhead, his current employer

Increases the Town of Riverhead's annual retirement system contributions by approximately $18,000 starting in fiscal year ending March 31, 2026
