Prohibits corporations, limited liability companies, limited liability partnerships, and partnerships from making contributions, loans, or loan guarantees to candidates or political committees

Eliminates the previous exception that allowed corporations and LLCs to make up to $5,000 in aggregate political expenditures per calendar year

Exempts political committees organized as corporations, LLCs, limited liability partnerships, or partnerships from the contribution ban

Requires loans made to candidates or political committees by any person, firm, or association to be repaid by the date of the primary, special, or general election

Treats any unpaid loan balance after the election date as a contribution from the lender, including from anyone who endorsed, cosigned, guaranteed, or provided security for the loan
