Expands the permitted uses of foreign fire insurance premium taxes collected by the Ridge Volunteer Exempt Firefighter's Benevolent Association in Suffolk County, New York

Removes the restriction that limited tax funds to only "care and relief of disabled or indigent volunteer and exempt firefighters and their families"

Allows the association to use the collected taxes for any purposes outlined in section three of the association's establishing act (chapter 521 of the laws of 2001)

Applies to taxes due on premiums received on and after January 1, 2026

Takes effect immediately upon passage
