Defines "agrivoltaics" as the simultaneous use of land for both solar power generation and agriculture through ground-mounted solar systems that produce both solar energy and marketable agricultural products

Requires agrivoltaic projects to be intentionally planned with agricultural producers or experts and include decommissioning provisions to protect agricultural resources

Specifies that qualifying agricultural activities include crop production, animal husbandry, and livestock grazing, but excludes sheep grazing as the sole activity (unless land was already used exclusively for that purpose)

Excludes pollinator habitats and apiaries as standalone farming activities from qualifying as agrivoltaics
