Costs will be borne by the Triborough Bridge and Tunnel Authority (TBTA), with estimated annual employer contributions of approximately $22,000 per disability incident and $101,000 per death incident through 2039

Affects approximately 1,102 current and former TBTA employees (155 active members, 59 terminated vested members, and 888 retirees) based on census data
