Requires tracking of service utilization metrics including median wait times from autism diagnosis to ABA treatment initiation, prior authorization denials, and appeals

Directs reporting on treatment gaps, including children who did not receive recommended ABA services and comparisons between recommended versus actual hours of treatment received

Requires the Department of Health to develop educational outreach materials informing parents and guardians of children with autism about available services and how to access them
