Increases reimbursement for enhanced septic system projects to 75% of eligible costs, up from the standard 50% for regular septic projects

Raises the maximum reimbursement cap for enhanced septic projects to $25,000 per property, compared to $10,000 for standard septic system replacements

Applies to enhanced septic system projects where property owners sign participation agreements with participating counties on or after the bill's effective date
