Amends the State Finance Law (section 99-ii) to expand permitted uses of the New York State Cannabis Revenue Fund

Explicitly authorizes the Office of Cannabis Management and Cannabis Control Board to use fund revenues for implementing track and tracing of product programs

Track and trace costs are added to the existing category of "reasonable costs" for implementing, administering, and enforcing the Marihuana Regulation and Taxation Act

Takes effect immediately upon passage
