Makes LLC members and LLP partners subject to criminal penalties for failure to secure workers' compensation coverage, including misdemeanor charges for 5 or fewer employees and Class E felony charges for more than 5 employees within a 12-month period

Excludes self-employed persons and LLC members from receiving compensation from the uninsured employers' fund for injuries or deaths when their own LLC or LLP failed to secure coverage

Holds LLC members and LLP partners personally liable for penalties of up to $2,000 per 10-day period of non-compliance or up to two times the cost of compensation for failing to maintain workers' compensation insurance
