Adds "housing status" as a protected class under New York's Human Rights Law, prohibiting discrimination in employment, housing, public accommodations, education, and credit

Defines "housing status" as lacking a fixed, regular, and adequate nighttime residence, including living in cars, on streets, in shelters, transitional housing, hotels paid for by government programs, or domestic violence programs

Prohibits employers, employment agencies, and labor organizations from refusing to hire, discharging, or discriminating against individuals based on their housing status

Bans landlords, real estate brokers, and housing providers from refusing to sell, rent, or lease housing accommodations, or from discriminating in terms and conditions, based on housing status

Authorizes the Attorney General to bring civil actions and prosecute criminal offenses related to housing status discrimination
